Bolton Pride are pleased to announce 100 days until Pride press launch where they will announce details for Bolton’s second LGBT pride event taking place from 23rd September 2016.

There are so many events happening across bolton for Bolton Pride!

 

Friday 23 September 

From 10am - Football Vs Homophobia will once again organise a schools football tournament in association with BWFC The Premier Suite at Bolton’s Macron stadium will play host to Bolton Pride’s diversity awards.

A black tie event from 7pm that will celebrate local individuals and organisations that support the LGBT community locally. With performances on the night from Jordan Gray of The Voice UK and international Whitney Houston tribute IKENNA. Guest speakers will be present on the night and these will be confirmed nearer the time.

Saturday 24 September

11am - The Russell & Russell Solicitors Bolton Pride Parade. Bolton’s first LGBT parade will celebrate the community, business and charity support given to the LGBT community in Bolton.

With people taking to the streets to walk in support of Bolton Pride and promoting a zero tolerance approach to hate crime in Bolton.

2pm – Bolton Pride hosts a main stage live entertainment stage in association with Tower FM on Victoria Square. With guest speakers and live artistes performing between 2-6pm along with bars provided by Bolton’s The Venue. Artistes confirmed to play the Bolton Pride Main Stage include, DivinaDeCampo, Fourth Intake, Christopher Maloney, Angie Brown, REDD and Lydia Lucy with more to be announced.

7pm – The Venue hosts Chartbusters with 5 massive tribute acts, Spice Girls, Kylie, Tina Turner, Take That and Boy George all sett for a Pride party not to forget.

7pm – as an alternative night Blind Tiger host a Bolton Pride night with live bands all to be confirmed in the coming weeks.

Sunday 25 September

11am – Victoria Square hosts a full family market day with live acoustic music from many local artists.

6pm – Hate Crime vigil to remember those affected by Hate Crime with special guest speakers on the town hall steps.
