The Birth Sanctuary based in Bolton are a new and innovative service offering a range of services designed to meet the needs of women and their families, so whether you are planning to become pregnant, having difficulty conceiving, are currently pregnant or have just birthed your baby, we are here to help, advise and provide the care you require in our bright, and comfortable centrally located offices at times to suit your lifestyle.

Each session lasts for 1 hour
8.30 – 9.30pm
No swimming involved
Aqua natal is a safe and therapeutic form of exercise for pregnancy
