Situated in Bradshawgate, Tapaz Restaurant is comfortable, welcoming and full of Eastern Promise. The team, a staff of fourteen people in all,  is led by Mouloud Allaoui who has invested a large amount of his own money in the business to establish it as a great eatery right in the heart of the Town.

Mr Allaoui is an experienced chef who has worked his way up through the ranks during his 22 years.

The Tapaz Ristorante offers an authentic taste of the region, serving up dishes including Paella – rich with sea foods and rice and mouthwateringly sumptuous, Chorizo al Vino- a wonderful Roman times extravaganza based on sausage, and Fried Calamari – fruits of the Ocean, much loved by all true foodies. The menu has been devised and developed by the team of chef’s.

Mr. Allaoui wanted to provide something different to other restaurants in the Town by concentrating on top quality, freshly made, specialties from the region.
