Sykes best area of performance in the survey was the professionalism of their staff.
The survey concluded that the area Sykes need to improve on is providing advice on healthy exercise and therefore this is what they plan to do to improve their performance by the time the date of the next questionnaire comes around.
Overall
Overall, 94% of people rated Sykes as excellent or very good. This was taking into account the staff, shop and service provided.
