Bolton strongest man' returns to Victoria square on Saturday 28th July coinciding with the opening day of the London 2012 Olympics.
Now in its 3rd year we expect a crowd of over 3000 throughout the day.
The event is a completely 'free to watch' show for the entire Bolton community and beyond.

STRONGMAN BOLTON has been created after the success of Boltons strongest man 2010 which was held on 31st July and had over 300 spectators in attendance.
It became clear that there was obvious interest in this much loved sport and there was big potential to further develop the sport within the town.
In August '11, Boltons strongest man was held in Victoria square Bolton on a much larger scale. It was estimated that 1500 people spectated, a further 5000 passers by stopped to look in thoughout the day and they made the front page of the Bolton News.
Strongman Bolton has firmly made its mark on both the competition circuit and our towns annual events favourites.

Ad space is charged at £60 per 'barrier space' (approx. 6ft x 3ft)
Their tables are charged at £100 and interested parties are free to display ANY promotional material for their Business / Service etc..
