St Andrews Court Shopping Arcade To Be Revitalised In Bolton

There seems to be a lot of activity happening in Bolton around filling those empty retail units that have been an eye sore for some time now. Wilkinson’s taking over the old Woolworths premises and several new shops appearing in the town.

St Andrews Court which used to be one of my favourite areas of Bolton Town Centre has more recently been full of empty units and not the once quirky shopping experience that it was. Well hopefully things are going to change.

Bolton Businessmen Simon Patel and Steven Farrington are looking for renovate the units and are looking to attract small, quirky businesses back into St Andrews Court once more.

There are 19 units in the Victorian-themed arcade and the Bolton Business Partners will be offering flexible rents as part of the scheme to attract some small but interesting businesses back into this unique shopping area.

There is a real feeling of excitement around this development and there will be an extensive marketing campaign over the next 12 months to tempt local traders into the shopping arcade.

Let’s hope we see St Andrews Court returned back to the former glory it once had.
