The job will be full time Monday to Friday including some weekend and evening shift work. The salary is £15,000 pa but not only that, commission and bonuses are also payable.
The lettings co-ordinator will be responsible for a number of tasks including preparing property particulars, property viewing and inspections, preparing tenancy agreements and general administration and reception duties.
In the long term, the post available may also include valuing rental properties and managing the financial side of rental payments.
Anyone interested in this fantastic job will have to require a proven track record of excellent office-based skills, and also be able to communicate clearly and also concisely on a wide range of issues.
