Bolton based Alliance Learning , one of the leading independent training providers in the North West has yet again achieved impressive results in its most recent OFSTED short inspection. The may 2017 letter states that the training provider has remained a Grade 2 'GOOD'.

A delighted Kelly Perkin, Alliance Learning Operations Executive who led on the inspection, said of the result, "This is a huge achievement for us here at Alliance Learning. I would personally like to thank all of my colleagues for their hard work and determination in ensuring we maintained our Grade 2. Quality improvement is at the forefront of everything we do here at Alliance Learning. Our main focus now is to reach a Grade 1 by our next inspection and I'm confident this is something that, together, we can do."

The report makes interesting reading with it stating:

Board members are well informed about all aspects of the provision. They use this information well to support and challenge senior managers to make further improvements.

Apprentices on early years and playwork, engineering, administration and business management programmes receive good-quality teaching, training, learning and assessments.

Senior managers have high expectations for the success of apprentices and have set demanding targets for their achievements. In 2015/16, the proportion of apprentices who completed successfully on time on early years and playwork, engineering, administration and business management programmes was high.

Leaders and managers have prioritised apprentices' protection well. Managers have developed comprehensive policies and procedures on keeping apprentices safe. Staff have ensured that apprentices are well informed about the risks associated with extreme views and taking radical actions.

Julie Robinson, Chief Executive added, "I am incredibly proud of the team here at Alliance Learning. This OFSTED grade recognises the experience and dedicated staff we have to ensure continuous quality for our apprentices."

Alliance Learning have also recently celebrated more good news with a 0% error rate on a recent audit by the Education and Skills Funding Agency, another fantastic achievement for the team.

Alliance Learning currently has over 200 apprenticeship ready young people on their system.
