The Purple Property Shop started with Matt and Sally working on every aspect of the business. Just a few years later, the team has now grown to six thanks to two new recruits, Lettings Manager Maggie Maher, and Mortgage Consultant Carly Warrington.

Despite the growth, the Purple Property Shop remain as dedicated as ever to providing you with that personal touch, whether you're buying, selling or letting a home. The business is all about doing things differently from regular estate agents, and that is what they will do.

So, here's a handy guide to the terrific team over at the Purple Property Shop . . .

Matthew Jones - Managing Director

Likely to be the first person you meet from Purple Property Shop should you book a valuation, Matthew started out life as an accountant in the health sector, holding roles including Head of Primary Care Finance and Assistant Director of Finance.

Matthew is fully behind the personal, hands-on approach, and allows up to two hours for each valuation, as well as extensive research and market analysis, to make sure you get the fairest value possible. He'll explain as much or as little as you require.

Sally Glennan - Director Of Sales & Marketing

Like Matthew, Sally also comes from a health sector background, having spent time in operational management roles, including Associate Director of Performance and Divisional General Manager.

Sally is responsible for making sure each property is presented perfectly, which is why she ensures each property has quality and professional photographs, floor plans (provided free of charge), and a detailed room-by-room write up.

Maggie Maher - Lettings Manager

Maggie is one of the latest additions to the team. She will be taking the lead in any rental properties, as well as managing the property portfolio.

Maggie trained as a dental nurse before embarking on a successful career in retail and product sales. Previous work shows her to be highly motivated with a proven track record in optimising business potential.

Carly Warrington - Mortgage Consultant

The Purple Property Shop hired Caryly Warrington to give their customers access to more competitive mortgage rates than can be found on the high street. And she can provide advice in store or in the comfort of your own home.

Carly is fully CeMAP qualified, and already brings a wealth of experience with her, including numerous roles within the main high street banks and independent brokers and advisors.

Bob Collins (& Christine) - Viewing Agent

Bob Collins, along with Christine, are probably the ones that will show you around what could be your new property. The Purple Property Shop are dedicated to making sure someone is available to view a property with you at all times.
