Meet the team at The Purple Property Shop

Matthew Jones-Managing Director

Matt is the first person you’ll meet at The Purple Property Shop as he conducts the majority of valuations. He allows a couple of hours to conduct every valuation, using careful research and market analysis. He’ll explain as much detail as is needed to make sure a valuation is accurate. He also manages the financial side of the business.

Matthew has previously worked as an accountant, was head of primary care finance and was an associate director of finance.  

Sally Glennan- Director of Sales and Marketing

Sally is responsible for marketing every house on The Purple Property Shop’s books and leads the negotiation of houses from sale to completion. Marketing is something that Sally is passionate about and always makes sure that every home has first class photographs taking with the best equipment, every house has floor plans and all the rooms in a property are written up in full.

Sally has previously worked in the public health sector as an associate director of performance and divisional general manager.

Kirsty Perry- Property Consultant

Kirsty Perry is one of two new additions to The Purple Property Shop team. She will be working as a property consultant alongside managing director Matthew and Director of Sales Sally. Kirsty will support Sally with compiling the description for houses and uploading photographs and help Matthew with valuations. Her other duties will include negotiating offers between sellers and buyers. Kirsty has worked in the property industry before and values honesty and openness, which provides The Purple Property Shop with the highest quality service.

Nichola Grogan-Lettings Manager

The other new member of The Purple Property Shop team is Nichola Grogan. Nichola will be helping landlords find a new tenant as speedily as possible, and, once you have a tenant, Nichola will provide a complete managed service for you, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. She will sort out any problems that arise during the tenancy for landlords and tenants.

Nichola has worked in the lettings industry for many years and has lived in Bolton since she was born so has superb knowledge of the area. The Purple Property Shop’s values and ethos really appealed to Nichola.

Kay Martin- Property Consultant

Kay has enjoyed a varied career before joining the team at The Purple Property Shop. She has worked in public house management, sales representative and as a customer service advisor, giving her lots of experience in dealing with different people and situations.

Lynne Mason –Property Consultant

Lynne has worked at The Purple Property Shop for several months now and supports both the viewing and administration teams. She helps arrange appointments, produces vendor reports, manages customer feedback and conducts viewings for possible tenants and buyers.

Lynne has worked in office administration, as a secretary and as a advertising sales executive. She had a career break to raise her children but is now enjoying being part of a dynamic team.
