On Saturday 1st August, Louanne will be taking on one of the biggest challenges of her life as she completes a charity skydive in support of All Ears MHA.
This is not just a fundraising challenge. For the Lanahan family, it is deeply personal. In 2023, they experienced the devastating loss of Jamie’s younger brother to suicide after years of struggling with his mental health. It is a loss that no family should ever have to face, and one that has inspired them to share their story in the hope it may help someone else.
Supporting Mental Health When It Matters Most
All Ears MHA provides affordable mental health support, counselling and wellbeing services for children, young people and adults. Their work gives people a safe space to be heard, supported and guided before things reach crisis point.
For Lanahan Risk Management Services, this cause reflects something incredibly important: looking after people. As a business, they are known for helping organisations manage health, safety and fire risks in a practical, no-nonsense way. Their work is built around protecting people, supporting businesses and helping clients understand what needs to be done without overcomplicating things.
This skydive carries that same heart. It is about protection, care and making sure people can access support when they need it most.

Every Donation Makes a Difference
Jamie has personally covered the full cost of the skydive, meaning 100% of every donation will go directly to All Ears MHA.
Every pound raised will help the charity continue providing vital support to those affected by mental health challenges. If this fundraising helps just one person get the help they need, or prevents another family from going through the same heartbreak, then every second of Louanne’s jump will have been worth it.
Lanahan Risk Management Services is encouraging anyone who can support Louanne to visit the fundraising page and donate, no matter how small the amount. For those unable to donate, sharing the page could still make a huge difference.
Together, small acts of kindness can help make sure more people are heard, supported and never left to struggle alone.
