Domino's pizza are looking for staff at the moment, so if you're hunting for a job in Bolton then read on!

The first job vacancy available at Domino's pizza is a delivery driver job. There are 4 driver positions available at both the Derby Street and Blackburn Road Stores. This is for 10 - 16 hours a week, up to 6 days from 7. You will generally start at 6pm, although further hours may become available for the right applicant.

As one of Domino's delivery drivers you will have an important responsibility; to ensure pizzas arrive promptly to Domino's customers. This needs to be done in a safe and efficient manner. Other responsibilities are to

• Drive safely and promptly to customers homes
• Be polite, courteous and look presentable, wearing full uniform at all times
• Have a strong knowledge of the local area
• Maintain vehicles in a clean and safe condition
• To deal first hand with any customer issues in a polite and courteous manner
• To assist in other areas of the business where required

You must have a full driving licence with no more than 6 points and own your own vehicle. You must be of smart appearance, as this is a customer facing role, have good communications skills, good customer service skills and have previous similar experience with checkable references. You must be prepared to conform to Domino's high level of customer service. The duties will include delivering food to customer homes in the Bolton area and taking payments. Mileage allowance is paid daily and wages are paid monthly.

The other vacancy available is that of shift manager at the Derby Street branch. 

The shift managers’ role is very important for the success of the franchise. You will be responsible for aiding the store manager in all aspects of the business and fulfilling their role when they are not at work. Being an assistant manager also means that you are in an ideal position for future career growth and you should be prepared to take over a store at short notice.

The responsibilities of this role are

• To aid the store manager in meeting and exceeding performance targets
• To help recruit, train and manage other branch staff
• Create a fun and professional working environment
• Provide a consistently high quality product and service to customers
• During the store manager’s absence, fulfil all their various roles
• Ensure that health and safety and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times

Three years’ experience working in a pizza franchise environment is highly desirable, but experience working in a food franchise environment is required.
