Alliance Learning are looking for a tutor / instructor / assessor in Fabrication & Welding, ig you have a passion in engineering and teaching, this may be for you.

The successful applicant will be tasked to teach in both a classroom and a workshop for aspiring engineers, you will also be required to assess level NVQ in the workplace too.

Alliance Learning are looking for someone with

  • Previous teaching experience – classroom and workshop
  • Timer served engineer
  • Teaching qualifications PTTLS / DTTLS / Level 4 teaching or similar (desirable but not essential)
  • A strong fabrication / welding / sheet metal background
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Has a passion for teaching

 

Some of the main duties the successful applicant will undergo are:

  • Delivering practical and theoretical learning sessions
  • Design, develop and deliver creative learning programmes
  • Maintain appropriate learner tracking records to meet company requirements
  • Manage the delivery environment whilst ensuring safety to all learners
  • Be able to communicate with all employees
