How do you get good dental hygiene?

Synergy Dental have launched brand new dental hygiene therapy service. These are state of the art treatments offered by the professional staff at Synergy.

Their dental hygienist has been specially trained and qualified to ensure all their patients oral health is reinforced and maintained to the highest standard possible, especially patients who have had invasive complex treatments (dental implants) or previous periodontal disease. Their dental hygienist’s clinical skill and knowledge of the industry is supreme and has become a real asset to the team. 

Dental hygiene treatments are important in preserving any dental treatment you might have had; a visit to the dentist every 3 months will help keep your oral health sustained. Not only that it could prevent any dental issues developing in the future and protect you from gum disease.

Of course it’s important to have your teeth cleaned too. Synergy Dental have a terrific choice of teeth cleaning treatments.

  • £25 for a Syn Clean- scale and polish

  • £50 for a professional clean, which includes scale and polish and stain removal. This is included in Synplan.

  • £75 for oxyjet clean, which is all of the above and air flow

  • £95 for prestige clean, which is all of the above plus 15 in chair whitening.

Periodontal refers to the hard and soft muscles that support the teeth. You can have a course of periodontal rehabilitation from Synergy Dental so that they are returned to a good condition. The prices are:

  • £15 for a periodontal assessment.
  • £25 for an OPG (x ray of the lower face, upper jaw, lower jaw and teeth.)
  • £50 for periodontal cleaning (per sextant.)
  • £500 for a full mouth disinfectant.
  • £200 for advanced laser therapy for severe perio (per sextant.)
