People seek counselling for many reasons such as

Grace Counselling is a safe place where you can talk about the issues in your life that are causing you pain and upset. These issues may be stopping you from living a very full and content life.
Grace Counsellors are all fully qualified, properly supervised and are members of and accountable to either the Association of Christian Counsellors (ACC) or the British Association of Counsellor and Phchotherapists (BACP) They are fully insured and adhere to confidentiality policies of Grace Counselling and a copy of this is available on request.
If you require counselling, this usually takes place one a week however if you would like more sessions or it is felt more would be beneficial then this can be arranged between you and your counsellor.
There is no charge for counselling however a donation would be greatly appreciated which goes to on-going trainin, insuring and supervision of Grace Counsellors. However Grace Counselling feel strongly that as a non profit making organisation no one should be deterred from seeking counselling because of financial hardship.
Counselling through Grace is available to anyone over the age of 16 regardless of religion, race, culture, sexual orientation or physical ability.
