They raise living standards with an improvement programme that includes new fencing, kitchens and bathroom upgrades, external refurbishments, re-wiring and better heating systems.
Their physical investment, which includes a repairs service, is matched by their offer of help and support to anyone taking on a new tenancy or finding it difficult to maintain an existing tenancy.

People who want to train or get back into work will benefit from Bolton at Home’s network of urban care and neighbourhood (UCAN) centres. They each provide a friendly place to drop-in, talk to staff one-to-one and use free computer facilities.
