For many people, looking for something to do with newborn babies and toddlers is a lot of hard work. However, Oxford Grove Children's Centre have taken away that burden, providing not only an excellent place to go, but an amazing service to parents and much much more.

The centre, located off Chorley Old Road, Halliwell, offers a range of integrated services for families with children under the age of 5. They include many options to help the family with their new arrival, from antenatal and postnatal care, to support and future employment.

There is a range of other services also available, including access to community midvices and links to Home Start and the Families Information Service, as well as information on registered childcare providers, parent - toddler groups and leisure activities.

There is no nursery on site, but there is provision provided close by in the form of Susan Isaacs Nursery School. This is open year round, with full and part-time places available.
