Fireworks Display At Bradshaw Cricket Club, Bolton The Best Ever!

Organisers of the 40th annual firework display at Bradshaw Cricket Club in Bolton are planning to thrill the crowds with their biggest and best display to date!

Each year since the first display in the 1970's has been bigger and better than the one before, with more money being spent and more attractions added.  At £4 entry or £12 for a family of up to 5, the event represents fantastic value for money and with previous crowds numbering up to 4000, the organisers are hoping to attract many more this year.

The display will take place at 7.30pm at Bradshaw Cricket Club on the evening of Saturday October 15, with a fun fair and food  from 6pm.

One of the Organisers, Ray Taylor, has been involved since the very first display 40 years ago when he was just 14 and back then his job was to selling programmes and over the years Ray says the show has built up a loyal following.

Obviously fine weather will be hoped for on the day but throughout its history the display has only been cancelled twice and that was back in the early days, when fireworks weren’t as well made or sophisticated.

The display is a fund raising event and your support is essential to make it a success. For more information contact admin@bradshawcricketclub.co.uk
