This year National Apprenticeship Week will take place between 9th and 13th March and will highlight the huge range of apprenticeships that are now available and the positive impact they have on individuals, businesses and the wider economy.

Leading training provider, Alliance Learning  has pledged support to the national campaign and will host an information packed Open Evening on Tuesday 10th March, between 4pm and 8pm at their Horwich headquarters.

Anyone with an interest in an Apprenticeship is welcome to attend the event including young people, their families and local businesses who want to find out more about taking on apprentice.

Attendees will be able to get a real insight into the apprenticeship programme by speaking to local employers and ex-apprentices, view the training facilities, discuss personal career options and apply for current apprenticeship vacancies. Members of staff will be on-hand throughout the evening to answer questions.

Chloe Ramsden, Alliance Learning Marketing Manager, said: “Our Open Evening grows in popularity every year as young people and businesses becoming more tuned in to the benefits of apprenticeships. We’re proud to support National Apprenticeship Week and help celebrate the success of our apprentices and introduce the scheme to more young people and businesses.”

Apprenticeships are available in a wide range of exciting sectors including Business Administration, Customer Services, Team Leading, IT Networking, Health, Childcare, Dental Nursing, Engineering plus many more.

The Open Evening will be held at Alliance Learning, Horwich Loco Estate, Chorley New Road, Horwich, BL6 5UE.
