The World of law is just that; a vast, epic landscape full of pitfalls and danger. But Fieldings Porter are looking to help you navigate your way to safety and happiness with their Lunchtime Law sessions, with four over the coming few months.

(2) Lunchtime Law - Shareholder Agreements, The Pluses & Pitfalls
Ed Nally, a Senior Partner at Fieldings Porter Solicitors, will be sharing his expertise regarding shareholder agreements and their benefits and drawbacks. Topics covered include what can be covered, how deadlocks can be resolved, and can a next of kin be protected.
(3) Lunchtime Law - The Charities Act 2011 & What It Means For You
David Porter is back once again, this time giving a presentation on the recently passed Charities Act (2011), and it's potential impact on you. He'll be discussing the act itself, the benefit it has on the public, trustees and tehir responsibilites, and Charitable Incorporated Organisations.
(4) Lunchtime Law - Your Retirement
IFA (Independent Financial Advisor) at Fieldings Porter, Christine Brearley, will be presenting some information regarding your retirement, and explaining why annuities are not your only fruit. Her talk will cover subjects such as annuities and other options as well as forward planning advice.
The Lunchtime Law events are completely free of charge, and, as such, will be very popular. You'll be getting excellent advice from some of the best in the North West, as well as a bite to eat and the opportunity to ask questions, and all for free. Places are limited, so booking in advance is essential.
To do so, contact Fieldings Porter on (01204) 689623, and ask to speak to Emma Cunliffe. Also, don't forget to state which event it is you would like to attend.
Fieldings Porter Solicitors have been established in Bolton since 1871 and pride themselves on exceptional customer care. As a general practice, they can advise and act on all aspects of law either for individuals or in buisness.
