Alliance Learning are pleased to announce they now have funding available for the ILM Certificate in Leadership and Team Skills 2. Even better, they can now offer it for only £100 (normal price £850) which obviously is a huge saving.
It will be an interesting course for anyone who wants to improve or refine their management skills techniques. The aim of the course is to develop team lending skills and gain knowledge of what it is like to be a team leader.
The exact date of the course has yet to be determined, but it will run for 1 day a week between 9am and 4pm for 10 weeks at Alliance Learning’s Horwich base.
There is a number of criteria in order to be accepted onto the course. Anyone applying must be over 19 years old, have a job or be self-employed with no more than 250 staff, be based in the Greater Manchester area, haven’t already achieved a level 2 qualification and have lived in the UK for at least 3 years. Before starting an Alliance Learning staff member will do an initial assessment with you.
