Situated next to a 18th century reservoir, once supplying water to the steam engines that powered Horwich’s first industrial factory Wallsuches Bleachworks. The site of Curley’s Restaurant could not be more prominent to the history of the Bolton and Northwest areas. In the 1980s this stunning and well used area fell dormant, becoming part of the Wallsuches Conservation Area and showcasing it’s outstanding natural beauty for the first time. Today, Curley’s Restaurant remains nestled in a dense wooded valley on the edge of the West Pennine Moors, with their slopes forming a dramatic backdrop and the reservoir’s waters providing a romantic foreground - there really is no better place to enjoy great food and incredible views, all while basking in the history of the local area.
Job Description
The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior manager and the rest of the management team to help achieve goals and standards that are currently in place. Curley's are looking for someone with experience in the restaurant industry, ideally someone who has worked in a similar establishments with a hands on approach as well as a excellent delegation skills and a keen eye to attention to detail, your main Roles will include;
