Tickets are now on sale for The Mayor of Bolton’s glittering charity ball on Friday January 30.
Proceeds from the ball will be donated to the Mayor’s chosen charities including Rheumatoid Arthritis, Bolton Hospice, Lagans Foundation & Bolton Deaf Society.
The event will begin with a reception at 6.45 pm, followed by a delicious five course meal.
For the only time this year, guests will be able to enter the Town Hall through the beautiful ceremonial entrance on Victoria Square. Vehicles will be allowed to drive onto the square and guests will be shown up the steps to be escorted through to the reception by Bolton’s Sea Cadets.
During dining, guests can marvel at magicians, who will perform sleight of hand tricks around the tables. After dinner, the casino room will be opened for guests to try their hand (and luck) at traditional casino games to win tokens to exchange for prizes.
The entertainment this year will be provided by the “Sounds of the Temptations” performing classic RnB, soul and funk hits.
