Most people like a curry, but what is a curry? Curry is a dish originating in the cuisine of the Indian Subcontinent and Southeast Asia.

The common feature is the incorporation of complex combinations of spices or herbs, usually including fresh or dried hot chillies. South Asia and India are big places with many diverse communities each with its own style of cooking meals is the curry style.
