Can you help the Urban Outreach Project over the summer holidays?

The Urban Outreach Project are asking for volunteers to help them continue their latest project.

They are trying to help the children and young people who would normally receive a free school meal, by making them a lunch every day during the summer holidays (Monday 28th July to Friday 29th August, excluding bank holiday Monday 25th August) between 7.30 and 9am. They hope to be producing around 1,000 packed lunches every day so need approximately 30 volunteers every day to help make the packed lunches. You can volunteer for a one of session or several, depending on how much time you are able to give to the project.

It will take place at The Urban Outreach Project’s premises on the outskirts of Bolton Town Centre.

If you think you can help, please contact Hannah or Gaynor on 01204 385848 or email iwp@urbanoutreach.co.uk
