Jan Hampton of Egerton House Hotel is asking for donations of children's clothes for a self-funded trip she is making at the end of September to The Good Life Orphanage in Kenya.
This is a family-run, UK- founded charity which opened in 2008 and provides a safe & secure home for over 50 orphaned and abandoned children.
Jan is asklnq for donations of clothing for kids from 2-14 to be dropped off at the hotel and she will arrange shipment to Kenya.
In particular and urgently needed are socks and underwear for boys & girls aged 2- 14, we do please ask that they are new.
If you can spare a couple of pounds when shopping' and add a pack to your trolley then drop them off at the hotel Jan can take them with her all other clothing will be shipped over.
