Vacancy description:

You will be based in a busy office environment, dealing with customers both on the telephone and face to face.

The job will consist of general office administration duties, as well as using social media to help promote local businesses.

Qualifications Required:

Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above, or equivalent.

IT GCSE Grade A-C is desirable, but not essential.

Skills Required:

  • Computer Literate and an enjoyment for online work as well as a keenness to upskill and learn new platforms.
  • Using social media personally and excited about transferring these skills to a professional environment.
  • Enjoy Business Admin at all levels even if the task feels repetitive there is a keenness to see the end result.
  • Have first class writing skills, excellent spelling and punctuation and must love blogging and social media.
  • Enjoy meeting new people and great telephone manner and confident to speak to people at all levels

 Personal Qualities:

  • We are looking for someone who has a genuine love of their home town and promoting everything positively about it. We want someone who enjoys being around people, is chatty and able to make conversation, can happily speak on the telephone and face to face.
  •  A 'can do' attitude who doesn't think 'its not my job to do that' and enjoys dealing with challenges to get the job done.
  • We want someone who is super friendly and works in a very structured and organised manner.
  • Excellent attendance and time keeping and a willingness to do above and beyond to get the job complete
