Budget Blinds are a long standing family business based in Horwich in Bolton and have recently taken on a new team member. Recognising that their trade of manufacturing and installing blinds is not something that can be learned at college, Budget Blinds decided that an apprentice would be the perfect solution for them as they are able to employ a young person and impart their knowledge and expertise gradually over a period of months and years to give them a real grounding in their craft
Budget Blinds have sent a short introduction to their new apprentice below.
"We introduce our new apprentice Ryan Smith, aged 18 from Astley Bridge. He has been with the company 3 weeks and has settled in very well. He is a keen Bolton Wanderer,s supporter and also enjoys playing the sport. Ryan is very sociable which enables him to also enjoy working in a local pub at the weekend. We welcome Ryan to the company and wish him well for the future in gaining his NVQ qualification."
Budget Blinds worked with Alliance Learning who are another thebestof bolton member in order to seek out the right person for an apprentice placement with them.
