Sykes Chemist have 16 branches of their chemist across the North West and all but one of them were recently mystery shopped.

The mystery shopper visited the shops in December 2013 and every single one they visited received a rating of 77% or higher. The scores are based on shop presentation, cleanliness, displays, customer service; pharmaceutical advice given, and overall impression by the mystery shopper , who is a member of the public.

There was particularly good scores for the Howards, Rigby’s and Wilton outlets, who received 100% ratings. Moving down the list the Paradise Street pharmacy received 96% overall, then Maxwell’s, Hughes, Longsters, Gatleys and Sykes were given a score of 93% overall. The Rigby and Higginson pharmacy were given a total of 90%, Taylors Chemist 86%, Marsden Road 84%, Noble & Peacock 83%, Haslams 82% and Lees Chemist 78%.

A massive well done to all the staff at Sykes Chemists, who work so hard to provide exceptional customer service all year round to get such brilliant scores. But they will of course be working to improve so once the chemists are mystery shopped again, the scores will be even higher.
