Next Steps Course, perfect for people looking to get back into work. People who have been out of employment for a while need tailored support to allow them to grow, engage in the labour market and return to work.

Management and Leadership Training and Development,

The ILM Level 2 Award in Team Leading,

This qualification gives new or aspiring team leaders the foundation of understanding what leadership is and gain a clear appreciation of their roles, responsibilities, expectations and what exactly they’re accountable for.

Personal Training:

Active IQ Personal Training Level 2 and Level 3 Apprenticeships

Bright Direction Training deliver the Active IQ Level 2 & 3 personal training apprenticeships to adults. Consisting of five elements, this comprehensive course can lead to a career in fitness:

· Diploma in Personal Training – Level 3
· NVQ Diploma in Personal Training – Level 3
· Award in Employment Awareness in active learning and learning – Level 3
· Functional Skills English – Level 2
· Functional Skills Maths – Level 2

This course offers a full apprenticeship and is 15 months in duration based on one day a week, however they will always endeavour to tailor course dates and times to meet individual needs.
