Between 18th April and 4thMay 2012, an invitation email was sent out to approximately 45 stakeholders who were provided with a link to an external website to complete a survey. 31 respondents participated in BYPHS's first stakeholder questionnaire and a 69% response rate was achieved.
The survey consisted of fourteen questions and covered topics such as referral criteria, staff efficiency, accessibility of information, suggestions for improvement and whether the aims set by BYPHS are being met. This summary will present both the qualitative and quantitative results of the survey.
