Bolton Whites Hotel are looking for a new Sales Office Manager to join their team full time, read more about their job vacancy below.

They are looking for a highly professional, proactive and confident individual who has a proven track record in leading a sales team and delivering results within a large hotel / multipurpose venue.

Main duties will include:

  • Delivery of conference and event sales target of Bolton Whites Hotel through a complete sales and marketing strategy
  • Develop a team capable of selling all available conference and events space
  • Support your team in delivery of team and individual targets
  • Provide leadership for day to day operations of the proactive sales department, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals
  • Develop a sales culture which demonstrates flair and passion within the pro-active sales office
  • Maximise meeting and event space through marketing
  • Manage and develop Sales office KPI’s

The successful candidate must have at least 1 years of sales experience and must have a full driving license and own transport.

The job will be working 5 days out of 7 including weekend and evening work subject to demand.
