BOLTON HOSPICE URGENTLY NEED YOUR HELP

Due to a number of limiting factors such as traffic wardens, parking issues and parking restrictions, donations to Bolton Hospice shops are declining.

Bolton Hospice is now taking a proactive stance and wants to make sure it protects the £250,000 it raises through its shops over the year.

Bolton Hospice now have a new van which will be on tour in Bolton making regular stops to pick up dontations.

Next Wednesday 25th May - 8.00am until 9.30am

Drop your donation bags off at Warings Car Park  on Bedford Street off Chorley New Road

Bolton Hospice say

"Bolton Hospice Shops are always looking for new initiatives to increase donations for their charity shops.

With this in mind, our Bolton Hospice Van and driver will be at designated spots over the summer months to accept donations from people, who for various reasons can’t get into the shops.

Our first collection spot is at Warings Accountants car park on Bedford Street, (turn right after the first pelican crossing on Chorley new Road) opposite to Queens Park Entrance.  Our driver and van will be there from 8.00am until 9.30am on Wednesday 25th collecting donated goods to sell in our shops.

By doing this we are hoping that we are able to help people who would like to donate to the Hospice shops but struggle to get to the shops to donate.  Donors can drop donations off on their way to work and parents after they’ve dropped the children off at school.

We will hopefully be having a collection point every two weeks over the summer months."
