Bolton is has great news on the job front with over 50 new jobs created across the town.
BHS Department Store in Bolton which has now had a major refurbishment from top to bottom is pleased to announce the creation of a further 15 posts within the store. The refurbishment has taken over 17 weeks and was reopned by the Mayor and Mayoress Cllr Noel Spencer and Alice Spencer. The store has benefited from new lighting, full redecoration and several new departments including Miss Selfridge, Wallis and Dorothy Perkins. The store also now boasts an extending cafe area on the lower ground floor.
Another great investment in the town is the new Wilkinson's store which is set to open early next year with the creation of 40 jobs for local people. The large retail store will occupy the old Woolworths Site and which has been an eye sore, being empty for the last 18 months. The roles created will range from Sales Assistants, security officers, supervisors and warehouse staff with a mixture of full and part time staff.
