As someone who meets many business people on a daily basis, I regularly encourage them to consider this thought as so many say they would really like ‘more customers or clients’ but when I ask just what they are doing to achieve that, the fact is they are not doing anything different, so it’s not likely to happen!
On Tuesday 30th October, anyone doing business in Bolton has the opportunity to do something different and visit the In Business In Bolton, Big Bolton Expo, taking place between 4.30-8.00PM at The Bridge Conference Centre, Bradford Street, Bolton (the old RRG Garage!).
The event is a mixture of networking and Business Exhibition, with around 60 exhibitors and over 200 additional delegates in the room, all local independent businesses wanting to meet others just like them.
There is no business sector that would not benefit from being in the room; everyone attending has the opportunity to meet businesses with synergy, keen to collaborate, or businesses who may become a supplier to them or just be a source of inspiration for ideas to build your own business.
Exhibitors range from Builders to Solicitors, Decorators to IT Companies, Estate Agents to Hotels and many, many more. There really will be something for everyone! The evening starts with a period of informal open networking with exhibitors and delegates, between 4.30-5.30PM with the main exhibition opening at 5.30-8.00PM. There will be 2 ‘Speed Networking’ events during the evening, which if you’ve never done it before is a great opportunity to meet a lot of people in a very short space of time – and great fun too!
