3B Training have recently welcomed 2 apprentices to their company, to add to their already talented team. Ryan Latham and Charlotte Marshall have both joined the business as admin apprentices.

Both Ryan and Charlotte are from Bolton and are looking forward to getting real experience in the working world as well as learning important administration skills. With 3B Training, they will be doing just that, as well as gaining knowledge about the training and construction industry, which will give them the option to broaden their career in any office equipment and use the skills they learn at 3B Training in any future job they have.

Ryan says that 3B Training appealed to him right from his first interview. The staff all greeted him warmly and the ambience in the office was  professional and there was excellent team morale. Ryan felt that working at 3B Training meant he could begin working full time, something he might not have been able to do elsewhere. He could also work in different roles at 3B Training and discover which one suited his abilities best.

Ryan still has a lot to learn, but he plans to put 100% into all the opportunities he is given so he can continue at 3B once his apprenticeship is over.

Charlotte felt a bond with everyone at 3B Training from her first interview with the company as well, so much so they offered her a position with them there and then! 3B Training are always expanding, which Charlotte appreciates, and everyone she works with have given her a great welcome right from the off. She hasn’t been working at 3B Training long, but has loved every second of it, and learnt so much already.

Charlotte and Ryan will be going to college 1 day a week from September to work on their business related NVQ.

As well as adding new members of staff, 3B Training are also adding new courses for the benefit of their customers. These are Customer Service Level 2 and Food Safety/Hygiene course. However the team at 3B are always willing to find the training you need for your business and will support you every step of the way.

They offer a range of courses for customers, including construction skills accredited courses, health and safety and first aid courses, which are always very popular.
