Scope is a charity providing support to those affected by Cerebral Palsy. Shrewsbury local Kate Green is fundraising and asking for your help.
A seaside garden that featured in the 2011 Shrewsbury Flower Show has been handed back to the students and staff at Severndale Specialist School. Sponsored by Shropshire solicitors Lanyon Bowdler, the garden boasts a clinker boat complete with sail.
Hundreds of people turned up to the Shrewsbury Big Curry event on July 23rd and organisers are delighted to announce that £7,500 was raised. The money is going towards ABF The Soldiers' Charity, which gives support to serving and retired soldiers.
