Voting Process and Criteria

A unique aspect of these awards is the customer-driven voting process. The selection of winners was based on reviews received within a specific date range, considering all reviews with 3 stars and above. The final tally, conducted on 1st November 2023 by thebestof HQ, utilised LIVE data from our website, ensuring a transparent and fair evaluation. This rigorous process culminated in the identification of the Top 10 Businesses featured on thebestof Eastbourne, each distinguished for their unwavering efforts to serve their customers.
