With the variety of ongoing challenges business owners face, we here at thebestof Eastbourne, have made a significant change by acknowledging customer service excellence all year round, rather than confining it to our annual awards night.
This decision allows us to provide more opportunities for our business members to shine and receive the recognition that they truly deserve for going above and beyond for their customers. By bringing our members together more frequently throughout the year and allowing their customers to speak through reviews, we highlight their achievements and inspire all our members to consistently deliver exceptional Customer Service!
We accomplish this by acknowledging the efforts of our members in collecting reviews from their customers when they reach significant milestones such as 50, 100, 200 reviews, and so on. However, we have also retained the prestigious title of Business of the Year to keep the excitement of competition alive among our members, all vying for the coveted position of Business of the Year Winner!
The good news for our business members is that all the customer reviews they receive on major review platforms such as Checkatrade, Facebook, Google, Trustpilot, TripAdvisor, and Yell will contribute to their final tally.
Commenting on the launch of the awards, David Ruddle, the owner of thebestof Eastbourne, said, "I am thrilled to see the influx of reviews praising the excellent products and services offered by the business members of thebestof Eastbourne. The winners and runners-up will be announced at our presentation ceremony in November. This will provide our business members with an opportunity to come together and celebrate successes.
