I love Chatfields! Staff are so friendly, and go out of their way to help you if you have problems on deciding what to purchase. The range of jewellery is amazing, and coming away without a "Wish List" is impossible. I always head for Chatfields if I need a present for friends or family. My next visit will to be to look at having a ring made to my specifications - I cannot wait. If you have not made a visit, I recommend you do. 5* all the way.

Chatfields Jewellers offer excellent customer service and a wide range of choice. Mr. Chatfield and staff are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The new digital design your own ring facility is amazing and we used this to get the exact ring desired. I would certainly recommend them to anybody looking for jewellery of all types. It is so nice to have an independent jeweller to go to. I would certainly give them a five star rating - the best.

Alex and her team provide truly exceptional service and an amazing choice of items to suit all different budgets. I was stunned with their wish list service where you choose a range of items you like and they keep a list so your partner, friends etc can be sure they get you something you want but retain that mystery over exactly what item it is until you unwrap it. Service with a smile and way beyond the norm!!

Having submitted a design, using my late mother's wedding ring, I am absolutely delighted with the resulting gold ingot, engraved (beautifully!) with my own design of a musical phrase - lovely staff, too!

First of all, I'd like to say how welcome they made me feel when I came into the shop. I was looking for a present for my mum's 50th birthday and they went out of their way to find something suitable. My mum likes bold jewellery and 'Coeur De Lion' was perfect! It was very hard to choose from such a stunning range of colourful jewellery. I chose a beautiful necklace and matching bracelet that my mum loved. It was also beautifully gift wrapped! Will definitely be buying all of my jewellery from here from now on.

I was looking for a special present for my wife and was recommended to try Chatfields in Cornfield Road and was very pleased with what I found. Helpful, knowledgeable staff who were able to show me many options in a relaxed and simply gorgeous atmosphere. Chatfield's is a fantastic, independent, contemporary jewellers. A credit to Eastbourne. The staff are both professional and extremely knowledgable. I would highly recommend Chatfields, my favourite shop in Eastbourne. Friendly, professional service. Beautiful displayed jewellery etc. I have recently had a ring made with their new bespoke service for my daughter's 21st birthday. The computer aided design service is marvellous and very realistic so you can see your design as it would look in real life. I have also bought other pieces from their extensive ranges. This shop is always my first choice for jewellery/watches etc.

The thing I like about Chatfields Jewellers is that they are a family business and they pride themselves on personal service. One can go into the shop and spend £1000 or spend £20 and one gets the same service. The team are interested in their customers and always do their best to suggest new ideas and the right gift for the occasion. They also have a wonderful selection of jewellery in all price ranges.
