I found that there is a large range of high quality jewellery at prices to suit all pockets. The staff are friendly, polite and extremely helpful. I bought my son's 18th birthday present from them and had it engraved whilst I went and finished my shopping. It was waiting for me when I returned and after my approval was then gift wrapped. I would have no hesitation in recommending Chatfields to friends and family.

I visited Chatfields to have my rings altered. Alex and her colleagues were really helpful, carefully advising me on the new size required. I had not considered how the temperature could affect the size of my fingers so as we were making the alterations just before Christmas, this advice was invaluable to ensure the rings did not become too tight during the summer months.
The rings were altered promptly and the text notification was really useful.
