Excellent stay
Room was clean with a side sea view. Bit noisy but not the hotels fault has major roadworks happening while we stayed. Breakfast good variety and food hot. We stayed on half board and a good choice for the evening meal

Claasic Seafront hotel
This is a classic old seafront hotel in a former popular destination. We paid for the Superior Seaveiw room...and had a great view of the sea and the pier.
The property is a bit dated but that added to its charm.

Another great stay at The Burlington Hotel Eastbourne
We always stay here as it's great location. Right opposite the sea and a short walk to the shops.
The staff are lovely friendly and helpful.
The rooms are always spacious and comfortable.
The breakfast is amazing everything you could want from fresh fruit to cooked breakfast with scrambled and fried eggs, also porridge.
The rooms are at affordable prices.
Always stay here and would recommend it to anyone. Nothing everything is great.

This was my third stay in the last month here. This is an old hotel and a bit tired in places. However, I keep returning because it is great value and the staff are very friendly.
When I arrived this time, Sarah on reception offered me a room upgrade as the hotel was quiet - a lovely gesture and much appreciated.
I’ll certainly be returning!

I had a room at the back and extended my stay several times which was accommodated without a hitch. I would have liked more visits from housekeeping without having to request them as over a week the bin overflowed and I ran out of Tea/ Coffee. The breakfast was excellent.

Hotel very nice,Room ok but were given a room not overlooking the road works,Those rooms should have been closed while the work was in progress.
Please see above, we could have asked for a room change,but as we were there for only three nights made the most of it.As i have commented above those rooms should have been closed off. Another room should have been provided without us asking.

I had a problem with the shower and spoke to the Reception Team - as it couldn’t be fixed they quickly offered me a larger room for the inconvenience caused. Things sometimes go wrong which I understand - it is how they are resolved which matters and I thought the team were excellent in sorting the matter out.

The Burlington Hotel - We love you exactly as you are!
We arrived at the Burlington Hotel Eastbourne on the 25th September for 6 nights after deciding to finally stay here after admiring this grand old building for so many years. I moved to Germany more than 10 years ago and always return once a year to visit my family and am so annoyed with myself that we have not stayed here before and have missed out all these past visits on the chance to stay here. Honestly as the title of the review says we absolutely love The Burlington Hotel and had the most wonderful time staying here. We were given room 210 which was a superior twin room with sea view and it did not disappoint at all. Wi-Fi always worked amazingly the whole time we was here and very easy to connect to, the bed was heavenly and we slept like babies every single night. The mattress was top top quality it really was and the duvet was just perfect along with the pillows. The towels and bedding were perfectly white and Importantly super clean. The large flatscreen tv had plenty of tv channels to choose from so always something to suit all tastes. We absolutely loved the view from our room and we are really missing sitting at the window listening to the sea hit the shoreline as the sound was so beautiful and we loved falling asleep and waking each day to this magical sound. The hotel could not be more perfectly located literally opposite the pier and a couple of minutes away from the town Center. Saturday evening there was a quiz which was great fun following that there was fantastic entertainment from the very talented singer Andrew he was such a lovely friendly guy and certainly got everyone singing along and there was such a great atmosphere the whole evening. The fellow guests staying here are a real eclectic mix of ages and characters and all so very friendly. Liam & Joe at the bar are absolutely brilliant and always super friendly with a great sense of humor. Nothing to complain about.

Our second stay here, and everything was as perfect as last time. The check in was quick,the rooms were very clean and comfortable,sea views were great.
The breakfast was buffet style, hot and delicious,and plenty of choices if you did not want the full english. I can not think of any grumbles concerning our stay !
