Room was on the back side of the hotel on the 4th floor. It was an adequate size and warm. The beds had no duvet or blankets on them, but there were some old looking blankets in a wardrobe in the room.
The bathroom was clean.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

Just loved it there !_ The reception team were just great,
Abby and Mum Nicky
Pheobe,
In the dining room Louis and Ann were very professional, polite and friendly and cheerful.
The room was large and comfortable with great walk in shower,tv and tea and coffee facilities.

The Burlington is in a great location opposite the pier...
A really lovely exquisute period hotel 170 years old ! and for £60 for two with a superb hot and cold buffet breakfast you cannot do better ! Prpbably a a bit more expensive as the season goes on but if you order the superior room you wont regret it. Its about 600 yards from the theaters and the
Restaurant area is even closer and if you want to dine in they do a comphrehensive dinner or lunch , 3 courses for about £24....I would most definitely stay there again ! Loved it !
That we had to go home !

We enjoyed our stay and would use the hotel again. Very nice staff. Large warm room. Breakfast good. Plenty of everything The cleaning was a bit hit and miss. When I moved the plug in radiator there was bits of paper behind and also rubbish behind the bin in the bathroom. However the beds were lovely and clean and comfortable and the towels lovely. Just needs a bit more attention to detail. Apparently going to be refurbished at some point. Carpets and decor a bit tired.

Lovely stay Hotel is in a great location and has a car park. Hotel offers breakfast and dinner which is reasonably priced. It's also pet friendly, so we stay every year! Hotel is slightly dated

Lovely place to stay on the sea front This is the second time we have stayed. It is an ideal location for the pier, boardwalk and town center. Everything is either in the immediate vacinity, or within 5-10mins walking. This time we didn't have a 'view' as it was a fleeting visit, so the outlook from the window was industrial, however it didn't impact our stay as we literally slept there. If you want to see the pier etc, definitely book a room with a view - it is all lit up at night and pretty spectacular. The price is great and the entertainer was good fun too. Its a great place to stop for a few nights. Bathrooms need a little upgrading, but completely functional : )
