Lovely stay and we had a wonderful view from our window. It was a pleasant room to sleep and relax.
Good and plenty of choices. Hot food was properly cooked and well presented. Spacious and sunny dining area with great views and helpful staff.
Reception friendly and lovely Manager. Thank you for a great team ! The lift too small and it was a tight squeeze. Only 1 lift available as the other was out of order. Plenty of stairs though.

Overall we had a pleasant stay . Improvements would cost a lot probably make it too expensive to use

A pleasant break
The location opposite the pier and the town.
The staff were great in all areas, the breakfast was excellent value. Overall the Burlington is good value. The property is showing signs of needing repairs the lift was out of service. However we will continue to use the Burlington for a he reasons given.

Didn't have a big bed which I'd booked. Empty biscuit packet on the bed with crumbs on the bed and carpet. The fan was filthy which my husband cleaned

Generally stay was okay, good location, clean and staff helpful
Was staying for triathlon race, good location with parking.
Lift was small, stairs tight, difficult getting to room with luggage, room was very hot with the current hot weather, fan was in room but made little difference, and with the window restricted for other safety reason it didn’t provide much air flow.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location, right along the promenade and just a short walk from the pier. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, kind, and always helpful. Both the dinner and, especially, the breakfast were delicious, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

A great central hotel
The staff were lovely, so friendly and welcoming especially those in the dining room.
The room was clean and best of all there was a large fan. One of the lifts wasn't working, the other broke down at one point but was immediately sorted. This wasn't a major problem for me as I took the stairs most times.
The shower dribbled but there was a bath which was wonderful.

I stay here on a regular basis visiting family. The staff are warm and welcoming. The building it srlf has great history.
Unfortunately last night i was absolutely horrified to be told my 2 large glasses of white wine had increased since last weekend when i was there by £10.40 omg. It was only 6 days ago when i paid the regilar price of £14.80.
How on earth can the people who mow own this hotel justify this ridiculous increase. I may add it was average wine nothing that i would recommend. Really and truely what the hell. So be aware if using the bar.
