The Bolton College Jobs and Skills Fair took place on Thursday 25th September and as always it was a huge success. Dozens of local companies exhibited to showcase their job, volunteering and training opportunities to the thousands of people who attended.
In total there were approximately 1,000 opportunities available, from local companies like Room Four Dessert, Alliance Learning and us at the best of Bolton. 80 companies greeted the 1,000 + delegates that passed through the fair and everyone commented how much they enjoyed it.
It is the third year that the fair has been held and it seems this year it was bigger and better than ever. The exact number of people who have found jobs will be announced soon.
Plans are already afoot for next year’s jobs and skills fair, so keep an eye out on our blog pages for details as they are announced. But in the meantime, Bolton College would like to thank everyone who visited or provided vacancies.
