Johnson Law are now offering a new commercial litigation side to their business.

They can assist in

  • Mediation/Alternative Dispute Resolution

Johnson Law also have a legal assist scheme and can offer three different packages. For a monthly fee they will offer a litigation/debt management advice and representation service provided by qualified solicitors.

The bronze package includes a free advice helpline up to 2 hours a month, annual review of client’s debtors list, a template of letters before action to pursue debtors and finally draft claim forms in relation to debts under £10,000. This bronze package is only £100 a month plus VAT on a 12 month contract or £1,200 per annum.

The silver package includes all the features of the bronze package. But it also includes, face to face advice and support and a 24 hour helpline up to 6 hours a month. Johnson Law will also investigate ways to fund your claim  so that your legal costs aren’t payable upfront once they’ve reached a view on the the merits of your case. The cost for this package is £250 a month or £3,000 per annum plus VAT for a 12 month contract.

Finally the gold package has all the features of the bronze and silver package plus unlimited legal advice prior to the issue of Court proceedings. If proceedings are needed then a separate agreement will be entered into. The cost of this is £500 plus VAT a month (£6,000 per annum.)

Other products Johnson Law offer include are a review of the terms and conditions of your business to check you are in a strong position in case of any legal disputes; investigate different ways to fund your case; conduct an audit of your bad debts,  (free of charge)  and finally offer a fixed price mediation service to help resolve your dispute when Court proceedings are not the most cost effective way to proceed.
