Christmas Casual Workers to work with the conference and banqueting team over the festive period to help set up functions, serve food and working behind the bars. You can download the PDF application form attached to this article.

Kitchen

Chef De Partie who will provide smooth running services and a high standard of production by managing their section. They are looking for somebody who holds relevant training certificates such as COSHH, Food Hygiene and Food Safety, someone who’s a good planner and organiser and has previous experience working in a busy restaurant kitchen.

Junior Sous Chef who will be responsible for working in the restaurant kitchen on the sauce section, they are looking for someone who is willing to learn, is a team player and someone who is calm under pressure. Recent Roestte experience and banqueting exposure would have an advantage.

Commis Chef who will work with the Sous Chef and Junior Sous Chef and help implement new standards of procedure throughout. Your time will be divided between each kitchen and sections. They are looking for somebody who is a team player, is keen to learn and is calm under pressure. Recent Roestte experience and banqueting exposure would have an advantage.

Kitchen Porter who will ensure the kitchens run smoothly, that all surfaces are clean and Chefs can access equipment and utensils when needed. They are looking for somebody who is able to work as part of a team and can carry out duties adhering to COSHH, using the correct PPE provided by the hotel.

Food and Beverage Assistant who will deliver a high standard of service to hotel guests across all Food & Beverage Outlets. They are looking for somebody with excellent organisational skills and somebody who is attentive to customer and department needs with good personal hygiene and grooming standards.

Hotel

Reservations Co-Ordinator who will be responsible for the reservations and groups team by managing and coordinating all operational and administrative aspects in this area to maximise revenue and profit. They are looking for somebody who has previous supervisory experience, has excellent customer service and communication skills both over the telephone and in writing.
