Thebestof is an online directory that champions local companies by allowing customers to ‘rate’ businesses from their own experiences. The ‘14 Days of Love’ campaign aimed to raise awareness about the continuous plight faced by local businesses and prove that local communities can make a difference to the British high street through their support of independent business.
More than 80 dot2dot customers gave testimonials about the strength and quality of the service they receive in the awards, reiterating the recent customer service questionnaire which showed that 95% of customers felt that dot2dot gave them the best value for money without compromising the quality of the package they received.
Customers noted the friendly, professional service offered by dot2dot as the main reason for choosing the company, followed by their communication and attention to detail with 98% of dot2dot customers happy to recommend the company to other nursery owners.
