Crompton Way Motors are involved in several events to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support in the next few months.

On the 9th November Paul Richards and Paul Campbell of Crompton Way Motors are taking part in a 10k run. But this is no ordinary run, it is full of mud, water and even a beer tent. There’ll be huge obstacles to navigate, canal crossings and a stadium climb.

This survival of the fittest course passes major landmarks in Manchester like the Etihad Stadium and Phillips Park and won’t be an easy event to complete. In total there are 15 parts to the course with up to 10 pieces of challenging equipment in each. Good luck to the lads and everyone else who are part of the event.

If you would like to sponsor them go to their JustGiving page at http://www.justgiving.com/owner-email/pleasesponsor/manchesterisred

Something a little more pleasant is the coffee morning Crompton Way Motors are holding on the 27th September. Join the team there for a brew and biscuits, and of course donate to Macmillan Cancer Support at the same time.

Whilst you’re enjoying your refreshments, Crompton Way Motors mechanics will carry out a free anti-freeze check up on your vehicle. Just mention thebestof Bolton when you arrive. You can contact Crompton Way Motors on 01204 684043 to find out more.
