Canadian all female group The Be Good Tanyas has been announced as the final headline act for this year’s Shrewsbury Folk Festival (August 23 to 26).
It was a very ambitious project bringing the celebrated musical Chess to the stage at Theatre Severn, but the Shrewsbury Amateur Operatic Society, along with dancers galore, did good.
